Decaf Matcha from MATCHA DIRECT is using a modern process of decaffeination with supercritical carbon dioxide that does not diminish the authentic flavor of matcha. While reducing caffeine content to that of 8-ounce decaf coffee*, our Decaf Matcha retains nearly 100% of catechins (flavanols), the functional nutrients of matcha. For those who concerned about caffeine intake, please rest assured that you can enjoy delicious matcha at any time.
